Show the latest Editor's Picks
Displays the list of recently selected 5 star shareware or freeware programs on the main page.

Show "Currently most popular"
This displays the list of "Currently most popular" shareware and freeware downloads on the home page

Show "Premiere Downloads"
This displays the currently promoted programs (usually shareware) on the main page.

Internet News
If selected, displays some recent internet related news headlines on the home page.

Show latest Member Discounts
These are special members discounts that are valid for a limited time. They usually save you $10 or more on selected shareware programs. The list of discounts can also be accessed from the menu above.

Show Freeware Reload
Features a classic freeware download. This feature changes several times a week.

Show my Favorite Categories
This displays a list of up to twenty of your favorite categories on the home page for quick access.

Show my Favorite Internet Links
Using this option, you can add up to 10 of your personal Internet links to the our home page for quick access. Use it to access your second favorite :-) download sites, search engines etc.

You can choose how many days of newly added freeware programs you want to appear on the home page (if any). By default, only new additions from the current day are posted, the rest can be accessed by clicking on "Show me more". You can customize this to your preference. Show small screenshots in category pages
Turning this option on displays a small screenshot next to all programs in a category list. Recommended for high speed connections only.

Default sorting for category listings
All categories allow you to sort the programs by different criteria. By default, they are shown with the latest additions on top. You can change this if you like by selecting a different sorting option. You can temporary change this from the sorting menu on top of the category if needed.	date Latest additions on top Highest ratings on top Lowest price on top Most popular on top Alphabetical order

Show Featured Downloads
This displays a Featured Download (with small screenshot) on top of all categories. The featured program is relevant to the category you are viewing and can be a good pointer to quickly find a highly rated program. Note: Unlike at the public WebAttack.com site, this will ONLY display freeware features in a freeware category and has more than 200 additional features! It will automatically display the latest, highest rated program in all freeware categories.

Show a list of recently viewed programs.
This allows you to track your recent activity by displaying a history of items that you looked at during your current visit.

Keep a list of recent downloads
If you want, you can maintain a list of your recently downloaded programs for quick reference or as a reminder.

Replace the shareware Highlight
Choosing this option replaces the shareware Highlight of the week on our home page with a random freeware program.

Filter by Operating System
This will exclude any programs that are not marked compatible with the selected Operating System Please note that many older programs, especially freeware may not have been officially updated to be compatible with XP or Win2k, even though they will work with them. We recommend to refer to the author's home page if in doubt, since choosing this option may significantly reduce the number of programs you'll see.
